From Grantmakers in Ageing, comes a searchable database to find age-friendly communities in the United States. This database is comprised of projects or initiatives in different cities and states in the U.S. that promote age-friendly communities.
The database is meant to show what communities are doing, and open the lines of communication so that other communities can implement similar projects. You can search by city, state or project. For more information on the database, please click here.
